An organic, creamy bar made from O'Tuma cocoa beans sourced from Nicaragua. We grind naturally gluten-free Danish black oats with the beans, imparting an oaty, grainy undertone that complements the nutty and cinnamony flavors of the O'Tuma beans. The result is a sweet, chocolatey porridge-like experience.
Handcrafted, gently roasted, and slowly processed to keep all the good things of cocoa. No secrets, no unnecessary ingredients.

A while back we wanted to develop a milk chocolate bar based on natural wild Danish ingredeints. We added the old grain variety of Black Oats and was blown away from its subtle sweet and simple flavour. We finished it off by dropping some black oats on the back of the bar.
