Pricing, Payment & Tax  
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro for online orders. All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK). Prices are subject to change without notice. No VAT refunds when shipping to non EU countries. Please note that prices when shipping to non EU countries do not include VAT and therefore these orders are not eligible for a refund. Prices for non EU countries are higher due to additional costs involved in shipping products outside the EU. Local customs costs are not covered by Mellow.

Delivery
We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order. 
We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days from the date of any order which we accept, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

Note: In the very peak periods, due to sudden illness in our packing, by internal package management problems at our courier and a like, there may be longer delivery times occur.

Returns & Exchanges
We carefully inspect your order before we ship it off. But if your order is not exactly what you expected, just send it back to us un-opened within 14 days of receipt and we'll happily provide a refund or exchange. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you.
