Frozen Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 85mL water
- 110g brown sugar
- 149g hot chocolate
- 283mL milk of choice
- Optionally: cream for whipped cream
Method
- Combine water, brown sugar and milk i the pot and bring to low boil over medium heat.
- Add hot chocolate and reduce to low heat.
- Keep whisking until all chocolate is melted for 2-3 min until fully combined.
- Cool and keep chocolate mixture in fridge until needed.
- For servings add 100g ice cubed and 75mL chocolate mixture to a blender and blend for 20sec. Optionally serve with fresh whipped cream on top.
